Flickr Favorites Tuesday: Dyeing

Pots of colors, bright skeins og hand spun wool hanging to dry... hand dyed silk...red red red... the exciting world of hand dyeing with natural pigments. These pictures are from photographers that have been travelling to Nepal, India and Marokko... when I think about those places, color and spices arethe first things that come to my mind.
I haven't had time to finish working on the pictures from my dyeing adventures yesterday, but I am thrilled!
I have been working on so many things, so much stuff to upload to the shop and show you here... maybe I manage this week.

morokko es fantastico, especialmente por la artesania. En Marrakech hay sitios donde tintan la piel, hay huecos en el suelo como pekenios pozos de todos los colores donde immergen pieles y telas. El olor es askeroso pero los resultados bellisimos e superinteresante.
Tanger esta a una media hora de ferry de donde vivimos aqui en espana y podemos ir con el coche.

we are having here photography schools that takes tours to marokko and the far east for great colorful photos, sounds great realy.
